Evening people!

How's it going? Hope you are all doing well!
It's been a nice little week for me, finally getting all my stuff in order (well sort of) and getting a better idea of when to do certain things and not doing all my stuff at once!

As already mentioned I did some more planning and decided that I need to stop thinking about all the things at the same time, I have written multiple outlines for different videos, did the same for some written tutorials, made some major changes to the way that I plan and document all the stuff that I need to do.

So what I really needed to do is just take everything in small steps and plan more long term instead of doing so many thing at the same time that I'm actually doing nothing at all.
This bring me to the next step and the first exciting step into something new! :D

This feels exciting, it is rediculious how much time I have spent thinking about how I am going to structure this in the long term, how I can best help people seeking for advice while balancing it with something that is going to support myself for all the time put in as well.
But I think that I have found a good way, now it's just about the implementation and the development of the platform :D

At the moment it will just be a tipjar for people that want to support me, for which I am super grateful. And then later I will expand this to other tiers where you will get access to exclusive tutorials probably written and maybe video at some point but all that is up in the air for now. But first I am going to keep it small, and get used to using this new platform!

Finally found some time to get back into blender, I want to start recording my progress when I start on my next big environment, so I am starting on something small to get used to the hotkeys etc...

I thought it might be kind of nice to get back into thing with redoing one of my older portfolio pieces and one of my favourite games of all time Fallout 76 ... Hahaha, no fallout 4 :D

This is going to slowly progress for now as I am looking to find time to work on it, and tbh, don't even know if I will finish it as it's just to get back into things!
We will see! :D

Just look at this, the amount of work and polish that went into this one is amazing.
This is a really good poster piece for modularity and what you can achieve with keeping modularity in mind when making your assets, also using them in smart ways (see reusing the pillars to connect the outer ring with the inner ring).

I don't know if Buddha would be that warm to the idea of having a temple that is basking in fire and lava, but I don't know that much of Buddha anyways, so who am I to judge :D
Then we can see the contrasting colour scheme coming in and really pushing the viewers eye to the middle platform, which is supported by having all the connection pieces point to the middle platform and the light coming in from the top putting the focus on the right statue as well.

This is an amazing environment Jinju Lee, and I thank you for inspiring me!

All right people! That's going to do it for me for this week, I'll catch you in the next one!If you like these posts or if the tips are useful consider supporting me on Patreon and join all these other lovely people in getting access to the full Tips and Tricks compilation on: https://patreon.com/Beyondextent
