Evening People!

How's it going?! ( I really should add a comment section to the blog... ) It's going alright on my end, been another busy week and to be honest I'm also pretty shook by the stories coming from women speaking up in the games industry about harassment, especially on twitter, it's really pretty disgusting to read all these

Monthly challenges!

It's time for something new, been thinking about a way how to teach people new concepts in a classroom style manner for a while now, but I also want other people to have access to that content and be involved too. This is where this concept of the challenges came up, but you can see them more as monthly tasks focused on a specific subject really.

So all patron supporters get access to this starting next month, and people that are looking for that little extra push can opt in for the dedicated feedback sessions.

Monthly consultations

Also another new items on the list in my journey up until the mentorship is that I now have monthly "consultations" as well, there are more free flowing chats that are designed to help you with not only your work itself but also other things related to them such as mental health, how to prepare for the industry and other subjects, so feel free to check those out as well on

New podcast

This was a very tricky subject to talk about especially because people shy away from it all the time, as I'm sure you can feel our hesitation too in certain sections.

Simon has an amazing archive of breakdowns of different game effects, well worth checking out!

This scene is really nice and I just love this shot, the first thing that pops out to me is just the nice colour contrast between the blue's and the oranges, another nice thing here is the rimlight along the top of the statue! There are more shots in the link so make sure to check those out too!

Thanks so much for inspiring me and a lot of people out there Stephen Herman! This is an amazing piece and really jumped to my out of all the stuff on artstation!
